  • The first thing I thought when I heard McCain give this speech was that it's a mirror speech to the one Obama gave earlier in the day.  I would bet McCain's speech writers are lifting Obama's speeches, making a few little changes, then having McCain give, basically, the same speech.

  • This headline would make one believe Palin won the debate - but it was Joe who kicked Palin's backside! She was only functional when sticking to her talking points, which she had to keep referring back to, because she otherwise had nothing of substance to say.

  • I think you might be on to something! I also wonder if this might be a scenario like in the fictional "Live Free Or Die Hard" (the Bruce Willis movie) in which the bad guys crash all the computer systems so that they get access to all the money in all the American banks.
